Editing
It’s a bit harder to demonstrate my editing skills in a portfolio. However, you can check out the finished product of an academic article I played a major role in editing recently:
I’ve also had the pleasure of working on novels, such as the following:
- No Small Thing by Mary Silva
- The Court Reporter Always Gets the Last Word by Pamela Dehnke
- Upon Further Examination by Pamela Dehnke
As another example, I had the honor of collaborating with Tyson Brown, a professor and population health scholar, on content for his website. As part of my work on this site, I compressed some of Dr. Brown’s journal articles into bite-sized summaries digestible by a non-expert audience.
